Installations: We offer turnkey, custom designed installations of solar technologies for residential, commercial, or agricultural customers. Each installation will be treated as unique, and we promise to take a “consultative approach” to guide and assist you through all aspects of your purchase experience.
The decision to purchase a solar power system is a big one, and our approach will be to help you understand the various options, the pros and cons of various hardware or configurations, and help you reach a decision that is right for you.
Right for you means that the system meets your financial constraints and that you fully understand the performance you can expect from your new system. Right for you also means that you fully understand the financial incentives available to you, when you will receive them, and that you are aware of how to file for, and receive those incentives.
For a typical residential installation our approach would include the following steps
Consulting Services: Although we take a “consultative approach” in working with customer on systems we sell and install, we also offer traditional consulting services to clients that are considering solar energy projects. In this case, we would obviously be recused from bidding on the contract.
Many local, state and federal agencies or departments are deploying solar technologies. Recently, many corporations have announced plans to transition to renewable energy sources. Contracting officials are often in need of independent technical and project management assistance in preparing bids, evaluating responses, or in managing the overall installation process.
Milestone Solar Consultants stands ready to help you in any and all aspects of your solar energy project. Our PMI certified project managers can act as your agent to assist in developing project packages that might include Risk Management Plans, Communications Plans, confirming deliverables or briefings to stakeholders.
Our founder, Bill Anderson, PMP, is a certified project manager, licensed General Contractor and formally a certified Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) while employed in the federal government. In recent years Mr. Anderson also acted as a lead project manager and System Integrator (SI) for a large technology company, deploying VOIP services to nearly a million customers in the Chicago market area. We know how to manage very large, technically complex and expensive projects.
